Safety buyers do not buy fabric and stitching. They buy a garment built to a written specification — fabric, weight, standard — that their compliance team can verify at inspection, in the size run their crews actually wear, delivered on a schedule their contracts can rely on. This factory — the safety workwear arm of Fuyi Group — manufactures two product lines for that buyer: flame resistant clothing for energy, utility and industrial crews, and high-visibility workwear for road, logistics and construction teams. One supply base in Yangon, Myanmar, one quality system, and spec sheets your compliance team can check line by line.
Two ranges, one spec discipline
Flame resistant clothing (FR clothing)
Our FR range is built on documented fabric platforms, each quoted by composition and weight. Core fabrics include a cotton FR cloth (99% cotton / 1% antistatic fibre) at 270 GSM and a modacrylic-cotton FR blend (60% modacrylic / 38% cotton / 2% carbon fibres) at 270 GSM, with garment-weight options running 280–360 GSM across coveralls, jackets, shirts and pants. Programs are specified against EN ISO 11612, NFPA 2112 and ASTM F1506 requirements; FR performance for a program is evidenced by test reports for the specified platform, and durability in service follows the documented care instructions and your inspection criteria. Every style is quoted with its fabric composition and weight in writing before sampling starts. Browse the range: FR coveralls, FR jackets, FR shirts and FR pants.
High-visibility workwear
The hi-vis range covers safety vests, jackets, shirts and full workwear sets in fluorescent yellow and orange grounds with silver reflective tape. Fabric options run from a 180 GSM piqué knit to a 350 GSM three-layer micro-fibre construction for wet-weather jackets specified with EN 343 in mind, and garments are built to EN ISO 20471 and ANSI/ISEA 107 pattern and tape-placement requirements. The volume line of the range is the safety vest program: custom colors, tape layouts, closures and logo printing, configured per distributor — see how the variants work on the hi-vis vests and hi-vis jackets pages.
Why distributors source FR workwear here
- A real factory, not a trading desk. Garments are sewn in our own Yangon, Myanmar plant — 1,500 employees on site, 5 million garments produced at the plant in 2022, with spinning, weaving, dyeing and garment making integrated in one chain.
- Written specs before sampling. Fabric composition, GSM, tape type and garment construction are confirmed in the quotation. What gets sampled is what gets bulk-produced.
- Inspection you control. Shipments are released against AQL 2.5 / 4.0, and we accept third-party inspection by SGS, ITS or your appointed agency as the shipping standard.
- Lead times in writing. Samples in 7 days, trial orders in 14, small orders in 21, China bulk production in 35 days and Myanmar bulk production in 90–120 days (production time, freight excluded).
- Program experience. Company reporting puts the group at more than 1,000 uniform companies supplied and exports to roughly 80 countries (company-reported figures), so size runs, labelling and carton programs for multi-market distributors are routine, not experiments.
Built for compliance-led purchasing
If your market sells on standards, your supplier's paperwork has to keep up. Fuyi Group's safety ranges are produced under a management system that includes BSCI and Sedex social compliance, OEKO-TEX and GRS material programs, and ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 quality and environmental management. Product standards referenced across this site — EN ISO 20471, ANSI/ISEA 107, EN 343, EN ISO 11612, NFPA 2112, ASTM F1506 — are the specification frameworks our FR and hi-vis styles are built and checked against. Send us the standard and class your market requires; we will confirm in the quote exactly which construction meets it.
Start with a spec, not a catalogue
Send your target standard, garment list and estimated quantities. We reply with fabric options, GSM choices, an MOQ per style (FR styles start at 3,000 pieces) and a production slot — before you commit to samples.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between FR clothing and regular workwear? Flame resistant clothing is made from fabrics engineered to self-extinguish and resist melting when exposed to flame or arc energy; regular workwear cotton or polyester offers no such protection. Our FR garments are specified platform by platform — composition, weight and standard framework stated in the quote — with performance evidenced by test reports for the specified fabric.
Can you make both FR and hi-vis versions of the same uniform program? Yes. Many distributors run one crew program across both ranges — for example FR coveralls for plant work and hi-vis vests and jackets for yard and road work — with matched sizing, labelling and packing from the same factory.
What are your minimum order quantities? FR jackets, coveralls and polo shirts start at 3,000 pieces per style. Hi-vis jackets start at 3,000 pieces; hi-vis T-shirts and full workwear sets at 5,000 pieces. Vest programs are quoted by configuration, with the MOQ confirmed by configuration in the quote.
Do you support private label and logo printing? Yes — woven labels, heat-transfer and printed logos, retail polybagging and carton marks are all handled in-house as part of OEM and ODM programs.
